Robert & the crew had great fun mocking the architect on this one . . . & well, I did too at times. Notice the Emergency phone # in the photo below . . . They even had t-shirts made with one of my initial sketches . . . Captioned: "Stairway to Hell".
But seriously, everyone had a great time with it and we were all proud of the project when it was all finished up.
There's Robert in the purple shirt, with Derek & Jim figuring it out . . . Someone had to make that thing work I suppose!
Aaaahhh . . . Plenty of high-tech methods here to keep everything where we wanted it.
The Zip-ties & straps were all in the specifications with detailed drawings of where they go . . .
Almost pour time!
Ahhh . . . There we go, there's Danny with Kaminski Concrete pumping! The mud's starting to flow!
James Kaminski concrete pumping--James is always great on pours . . . Gets in there & makes it happen--nothing is a surprise, just a challenge that needs overcome . . . . now.
James there in the foreground, we poured it in a single pour just packing the lift areas first to they can set-up and support the weight of more wet mud on the higher steps.
