Right & down: earlier layout that did not take into account the live-oaks and their setbacks. This layout puts the focus on the north side of the East room and includes a future pivot door directly from the East Room to the Pool deck area.
This layout does not integrate the space to the east of the existing glass doors at all and fills up the north lawn which could be left as green space as in the later concepts shown above and on the previous page. |

In another previous study the pool was placed to the west of the TinyHouse, but the thought was that it would be shaded for too many hours in the morning and it would be in closer proximity to the street. By shifting it to the NE corner as above, the public space is closer to the East room and its new outdoor “clubhouse” space. |
