1. Use of Documents and Designs

By completing this transaction, Buyer agrees not to re-sell any file, or any information or design contained in any file, or any portion thereof that is part of this transaction. Buyer also agrees not to manufacture & sell parts made from these files. Buyer also acknowledges that Seller retains all copyrights to designs and information contained in the digital files that are part of this transaction and which are listed above.

2.  To build from this set of files requires fabrication skills  including but not limited to welding, turning, milling, as well as 3d CAD modeling skills. 

3.  All dimensions of parts and assemblies should be verified for fit with your specific build prior to fabrication/assembly.

4.  All Files are sold "AS-IS" and are not supported.  No warranty  or guarantee is written or implied.

5.  Liability

The person completing this transaction is hereafter referred to as the Buyer.  It is the nature of all machine tools that they are dangerous devices. In order to be permitted to run any CNC machine and specifically, any CNC machine built from digital files purchased from  Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. (herein after referred to as The CNC Machine). By completing the purchase transaction, Buyer  agrees to the following:

Buyer agrees that no one other than the owner of The CNC machine  will, under any circumstances, be responsible for the operation, safety, and use of The CNC Machine unless specifically and sufficiently trained by the owner of The CNC Machine. Buyer agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, there is no situation under which Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. would be responsible for any losses, damages, or other misfortunes suffered through the use of any CNC machine built from these files.  Buyer understands that CNC machines are very complex, and though Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. has made every effort to design a safe and efficient machine, to the extent permitted by law the Client will hold harmless and indemnify Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. for mistakes, errors, material loss, personal damages, injury or death, secondary damages, faults or errors of any kind, including attorney's fees and legal fees caused by any circumstance, or any undesired response by The CNC Machine or its associated software while running The CNC Machine or device.
Buyer agrees to accept all responsibility for the operation of The CNC Machine and for its operation by others who may use The CNC Machine. It is the Client's responsibility to warn any others who may operate The CNC Machine or any device connected to or associated with The CNC Machine, of the limitations so imposed, and Buyer agrees fully to compensate Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. for any losses due to legal actions brought against Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. which are related to the operations of The CNC Machine. 

By completing this transaction the Buyer agrees to having read and understood these conditions, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.  The Buyer further agrees that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Buyer and Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between the Client and Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. relating to The CNC Machine Files.

6.   Assignment
Neither Calvino Architecture Studio, inc. nor the Buyer shall assign any part of this Agreement, including monies and liabilities, without the written consent of the other party.
