Mobile Office

2020--This "Office on Wheels" is a collaboration with Daniel Currea of DC Studio

The initial form was digitally sculpted by Daniel using Blender.  This initial concept was then refined in Rhino, then Grasshopper was used to generate the rib slices and locations & export 2d CNC rib profiles to be cut on our CNC plasma machine in Aluminum sheet.

The rib locations are taken from the Rhino model and bolted to the flat bed trailer.

The skin system is fiberglass over spray foam insulation.
