Interior space is open & defined w/ curvilinear  shapes--but w/ no wasted space--this is the design challenge.--shoot for 20' high living space at east.  Free-form shape is kitchen element--in/outside . . . Perhaps catwalk & spiral dropping down at dock/seawall/bbq corner.
